Second time using Reid's - as with the first time it was a great experience. Small job that some don't seem interested in doing. Reid's came on-site and gave a no-charge quote. Had to move the initial planned date - no problems. Showed up on-time, set up quickly, got the job done completely to my satisfaction, then cleaned up and left everything neat and ready for drywall. Will use them again.

On time, cleaned up at the end. Diane friendly answered my questions .Had me check what they had done. Very pleased with the job . With all the scammers out there today. Nice to see someone who takes their job seriously.. Would highly recommend them...

Jay Anderson Insulation insulated my house 20 years ago and he is the best most professional in the business. If you want it done right choose Jay! They didn't just finish the job—they went above and beyond, making great recommendations for air sealing, new exhaust vents, and addressing out-of-code matters to uPDATE my renovation to-do-list. Instead of ramming information down my throat, they politely asked if I'd like more information, which was nice. Uncertain about the negative reviews further down, but I think those cats are lost and on the incorrect business review site. I will definitely be using them in the future! Highly recommend!

Couldn't be happier! Owner is very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms I understood. After a month of hot temperatures I have noticed a huge difference in the amount of time my AC runs. I used to keep the thermostat at 68 degrees in the summer months, but since the new insulation I can keep it at 76 degrees and still be very comfortable. Saving energy and saving dollars! Highly recommend this company!

They are professional, work not taking smoke breaks. They make out a plan before they arrived at my house so they didn’t waste time I can’t say enough about how good they are keep up the good work.Even a Hornet’s nest didn’t stop them, I highly recommend them

Referred by a friend for insulation in our attic. We worked with Bob the whole time and he always got back to us when we had questions. Bob was knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us what we really needed in our attic and didnt just try to get as much money out of us as possible for stuff we didn't really need. We definitely appreciated his honesty and down to earth mentality, he talked to us like he was talking to a friend he'd known for years. We had some delays on our end as well as the holiday and vacations on their end, but they showed up on time on the scheduled day (a little early even). The two gentlemen were very nice and tried to keep the mess down as much as possible and they did warn me of a few areas they were unable to completely pick up. We've already noticed the change in the amount of time our ac units run and can't wait to see the difference on our utility bills for the rest of the summer and this winter. They did a great job and I'd recommend them as well as use them again!
