Spray Foam Insulation in Caldwell, ID

AirSeal Insulation was a great company to work with and they did an excellent job insulating our crawl space with closed cell insulation. It was a big job that took their guys 12 hours. They were thorough and the results are exactly what we expected and needed. Gale and Taylor were the installers and they were very professional. We also appreciated how they worked with us and allowed us to clean out and install vapor barrier and the dehumidifier ourselves. Another company we had a quote from was more expensive and wouldn’t allow us to install the dehumidifier ourself. I highly recommend AirSeal Insulation.

I have hired the Airseal Insulation crew two separate times for insulation work on my home in Sagle. They have a professional team, talented at what they do, price very reasonably, answer the phone, and are direct, honest, and friendly. Would gladly recommend and hire again.

Over the summer I decided to bite the bullet and pay to have my shop professionally insulated. I knew that it was going to be an expensive and involved undertaking, so I reached out to about 6-7 different companies in the area to get quotes and general recommendations. I really don't have anything bad to say about any of the other companies that I spoke with, but I ended up going with Airseal Insulation and here's why: Just about every other company I called gave me their standard sales pitch, asked for the general specs of my shop, and then sent a quote (typically that day or within a few days). Initially, I thought this was super helpful as I could get a quote and not have to waste a bunch of time listening to them try to get me to commit to their service. However, when I called Airseal and spoke to Lou, he really took the time to know what my intentions were for the shop and how best to insulate it. His recommendations not only made a lot more sense, based on the layout and construction of the shop, but he also advised me against my original desired thickness of insulation for the walls. Had I gone with what some of the other companies recommended, I wouldn't have been able to sheet the walls and I would've paid extra for it. I spoke with Lou multiple times before deciding to contract Airseal and with every call he took the time to answer my questions and offered great advice. Flexibility. Once I agreed to the service, Lou worked with me to find the soonest date to get his crew out to my shop. Some of the other companies said they would be able to come out within a week or so, and others were booked farther out. If I remember correctly, Lou was able to get his guys out in a week, give or take. Because my shop already had a bunch of tools and equipment in it, Lou scheduled it to have his crew spray half of the shop, allowed me however many days I needed to move everything from one side to the other, and then had his guys come out again to spray the rest. A few of the other companies allowed this, but others didn't. I cant express enough how thankful I was for this flexibility. The work performed. Its only been a couple of weeks since the insulation was installed, but so far everything has seemed top notch. I really noticed a huge difference in temperature in the shop even during the week of 90+ degrees outside. I haven't noticed any areas that were not sprayed or sprayed unevenly. All the sprayed surfaces appear to be relatively uniform (as much as one would expect with spray foam). One of the big things that stood out was the prep work that was done. Lou's guys did a great job covering all the outlets, doors, lights, switches, flooring, etc. They covered seams in the sheet metal so the foam didn't spray out of the openings. Before they started they asked if I intended to cover the walls, which I did, so after spraying the studs they went back through and scrapped the stud faces so that sheeting could rest flush against them. These guys were very thorough in their work and very respectful. All in all, I had a great experience with Airseal Insulation. I'd definitely recommend them for anyone that needs their shop/ home insulated. Thanks again, Lou!
