Chad, the owner, was phenomenal — truly one of the best service professionals I’ve worked with. He took the time to walk me through exactly what I needed — and just as importantly, what I didn’t need — to make my home more energy efficient. There was zero pressure, just honest, knowledgeable guidance. What makes this even more meaningful is that Chad previously served our country in the military for several years and was deployed multiple times. Now he’s serving the community as a business owner, and that same level of integrity and commitment clearly carries over into how he runs his company. You can tell he’s an honest, stand-up guy who genuinely wants to help people — not oversell them. They worked with me on my budget and even helped incorporate the Duke Energy rebate, which made the entire project even more worthwhile. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and exactly as promised. My only regret is putting this off for so many years. I can’t say enough about how unbelievable this company is.
