Spray Foam Insulation in St. Augustine, FL

Spray foam insulation contractor that is family owned and local to us here in St Augustine. Very professional and quick. Job site was left perfectly clean. Spray foam insulation was recommended for the space beneath our home to keep out the moisture and air gaps. Also helps a lot with reducing sound and increasing the structural integrity of our manufactured home.

We were having a problem with the plumbing pipes in the attic becoming very hot in the summer. So I called Koala Insulation, after hearing about them from an interview with Carren Reale, on WSOS. Bruce Hammer, with Koala Insulation came out to assess the problem. He combed the attic and determined that we could use some additional insulation, which would help our problem. He also found some areas in the attic where we didn't have any insulation! His estimate was very reasonable so we scheduled the service. His servicemen were prompt and did a wonderful job of adding the blown-in insulation. They were respectful and helpful. They addressed the special areas too. They cleaned up after themselves and even left an old tool which they had found. I would wholeheartedly recommend Koala Insulation to anyone needing insulation!

They had one of the lowest bid on my project, not the lowest but very close. To be honest the quality of the lowest bidder was in question, so I went with Koala. They did a great job. They did experience an equipment failure, it happens, but they handled it perfectly. The company was apologetic and sent double the technicians to get the job done fast. Their technicians were friendly and very professional. I will be using these guys again. I definitely recommend this company.

He took his time and sprayed in every area, including spots that might normally get overlooked. His attention to detail was something I really appreciated. I have a dog and a free-roaming ferret with no cage, so I was worried about the chemicals being used. Brandon explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure my pets were safe. His professionalism and careful approach made me feel confident and comfortable with the process. I have been using Imperial Pest Prevention for over 4 years. I have quarterly inspections and maintenance. The office people are awesome. Professional and polite as well as the technicians that have come to my home. The past few times my technician has been Brandon. Very nice and friendly and knowledgeable. You seriously cannot go wrong with this company.

My air conditioning unit stopped working overnight. I called Attic Man and they quickly had someone out to my home. The tech was quickly able to find the issue. The part had to be ordered but the he was able to get my unit temporarily up and running until it came in, which with my 2 kids is a blessing. They even installed the part the same day it was delivered. Since the technician also took time to answer a few questions I had about my thermostat and the great service I decided to sign up for a maintenance contract. I am glad to see a company and it's employees who still care about the services they provide. Thank you guys for everything.

HVAC company that installed our new AC unit and ductwork made mention that we'd probably do well to have the attic insulation improved. A neighbor had AtticMan, and recommended their services, so I gave them a call. The only issue I had was someone getting back to me, seems when you're good, you're busy :) They worked with me and gave me a decent quote for a full removal of the (50 year??) old dirty dusty insulation and a new blow in of R-38. The friendly cleanout crew arrived on time and worked in a very professional manner. After hours of cleaning up all that old, dirty, dingy insulation, the professional wool-blowing crew was right there behind them, and completed the entre job in no time. Very good work and I would highly recommend them.

Every summer, our garage would reach temperatures well over 100 degrees due to the hot attic air radiating down. We finally decided to take action and called Attic Man. The office staff was pleasant and helpful, scheduling the assessment promptly and following up with the installation. They arrived as scheduled, and two hours later, the job was complete. I recently had Jim Lovelace and his crew apply spray-on insulation in my new metal garage. After getting several quotes, we chose to work with Jim, and I’m very glad we did. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and worked with our tight schedule to make everything happen on time. His pricing was excellent, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The crew did a fantastic job—the application was clean, thorough, and the cleanup afterward was perfect. The insulation has already made a huge difference in the interior temperature of the garage. I’m very pleased with the results and will definitely use his company again.

Lovelace did a big residential construction job for us in St Augustine. James has got great crews of men. They did an excellent job for us. I read the bad review, and likely that entire situation was because James was slammed busy. He's a super nice guy and worked on multiple phases of our new build. If you can get on his schedule, then by all means book him.
