Spray Foam Insulation in Jacksonville, FL

I needed insulation added to my attic and boy does it make a big difference in the utility bill. The Green Energy Builders crew were very quick, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use again! Highly recommended!

If I could give ten stars I would! I had all new insulation blown in my attic last Friday, and the temperature difference in my house was immediate. Our AC has been struggling to keep the house at 80°, running for hours straight without shutting off. Now, our house stays at 76° and barely has to even turn on even in this horrible heat. My experience with the owner and staff was also wonderful. They were very prompt and communicative and arrived exactly when scheduled. I will recommend Camille and his business to everyone I can. Absolutely fantastic!!

I contacted 360 Energy Spray Foam and set an appointment for a quote on one of my properties in Satsuma, Florida. Ricardo, the owner responded immediately and set an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time and was eager to help from the start. I was still in the process of demolition, but showed him what the plans were. He evaluated the project and provided advice on how to save money using closed-cell foam spray insulation only in the areas that were necessary and using soft-cell spray insulation in the other areas. He then provided a quote and I accepted it. Ricardo and his crew returned once the project was ready for spraying. They were punctual and ready to work. They did not waist any time and everyone knew their assignments. Once they finished the job, they made sure everything was cleaned and went over every section with me. I was completely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them. These guys are honest and hard working people. I will not hesitate to call them back for my next projects.

Great Experience!! ATTIC INSULATION. Visited by the Owner and his assessment gave me great confidence that Koala Insulation would be my choice out of the six (6) other companies that came out or did an at desk estimate. The technicians were very professional, skillful and patient to explain the whole process. They maneuvered themselves through the tight maze I called attic and prepared things before blowing new Insulation. It looked like a snow storm blew through my attic leaving a beautiful thick blanket of fluffy pink. The energy saving effect was 4-5 days immediate when our wifi thermostat sent my wife a message noting more stable temps and reduced usage. We have never had or even new it was a monitored thing from our three years old thermostat. Their customer service and communication prior to doing the job was on point. All questions were answered before and after the service, especially the JEA tax credit deadline. Can't say enough of how they made this an enjoyable experience, not to mention the great price. I researched a lot for insulation in my attic. I found Koala was very competitive and broke down all the charges on the quote. They emphasized air sealing those areas needing to be sealed. I was really surprised how much warmer house was during those 2 freeze nights. It really stayed warm and they did a great job with the fiberglass insulation. I also saved $200 for the jea rebate as they are certified contractor. Very satisfied.

Spray foam insulation contractor that is family owned and local to us here in St Augustine. Very professional and quick. Job site was left perfectly clean. Spray foam insulation was recommended for the space beneath our home to keep out the moisture and air gaps. Also helps a lot with reducing sound and increasing the structural integrity of our manufactured home.

We were having a problem with the plumbing pipes in the attic becoming very hot in the summer. So I called Koala Insulation, after hearing about them from an interview with Carren Reale, on WSOS. Bruce Hammer, with Koala Insulation came out to assess the problem. He combed the attic and determined that we could use some additional insulation, which would help our problem. He also found some areas in the attic where we didn't have any insulation! His estimate was very reasonable so we scheduled the service. His servicemen were prompt and did a wonderful job of adding the blown-in insulation. They were respectful and helpful. They addressed the special areas too. They cleaned up after themselves and even left an old tool which they had found. I would wholeheartedly recommend Koala Insulation to anyone needing insulation!

They had one of the lowest bid on my project, not the lowest but very close. To be honest the quality of the lowest bidder was in question, so I went with Koala. They did a great job. They did experience an equipment failure, it happens, but they handled it perfectly. The company was apologetic and sent double the technicians to get the job done fast. Their technicians were friendly and very professional. I will be using these guys again. I definitely recommend this company.

I contacted Attic Insulation‘s as part of the JEA rebate program. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. They were reasonably priced, professional, friendly, and very courteous. They did a beautiful job putting blown in insulation in my attic. They gave me pictures when they were done And with the one little issue that came up, they were right on top of it and came back when they said they would to make things right. I believe the integrity of any business is measured primarily on how well they handle issues. Attic insulators handled this one issue very professionally, quickly, and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. I’d say they get a high vote for integrity. And they did everything else right too. I’m telling all my friends and neighbors because I’m very happy with their service.

I could not be more pleased. I had noticed my master bedroom (all the way in the back of the house was colder than the rest of the house). I found this business via Google Maps and saw a 5 star rating so I called Jim, the owner. I felt so at ease with his knowledge and 40+ years of experience. I was doubtful when he said he would check if my ceiling would need blown insulation first before installed. Jim sent an email confirmation with what my invoice would look like if I needed services. Then my appointment was on a Saturday at 11am, he showed up at 1030! We greeted, his team went through 2000sqft of attic space, they then came back and said I did not need insulation. Just as he said, he did not charge me a penny for checking! He did also referred me to another AC contractor. Needless to say I will be sending business his way. Thank you Jim!

This company is awesome, fast, responsive, and great problem solvers. Jim Raulerson is a terrific and honest guy who I would highly recommend for all your insulation needs and is reasonably priced. They even took the initiative to point out another problem I had in the attic which neither I nor the future owners would have realized until later. The original HVAC vendor did not properly insulate the attic where the HVAC unit (and boot) was located. East Carolina Insulation--George did a great job finding the error and implementing a fixable solution. He was polite, customer service oriented, and solution oriented. I will use them again, if needed.

I had my floors removed and replaced in my home. I needed someone to put installation under the house. (Both rooms are 20 x 20.) Jacob was very helpful. He kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. Which was great because I live in Greenville and the house in Jacksonville. The lady that took my check at the front desk was really professional. They both was wonderful and very patient with me especially because, I didn’t know what was I was doing. It’s hard to find good customer service right now. So when I receive it. I like to let everyone else know about it. Jacob was outstanding. Even when I gave him my email wrong both times. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for installation. Not only were they courteous, but they were on time. And they provide a great service!

Spray-foamed the attic area of our oceanfront home. It had to be a real pain in some very tight spaces but they got it done. Solved our air infiltration problem. Highly recommended.

Quick unloading, management folks are nice and friendly. However, its a tight back and not easy to backin if there are other trucks backed into one of the other doors. They are right at the end of the building, maybe space for one truck to park over night

Great place, got a door immediately. Bring your skills, it's a possibility it could be tight due to straight trucks and small vehicles getting loaded in front of the docks

Fast, friendly and courteous, easy unload, tight parking lot for backing 53 foot OTR truck One spot for overnight parking in front of building I would deliver here again My appointment was at 8 AM. They came and got me at 7:45 AM to get in the dock. Warning there is a bingo hall next-door that does not let out till 9 PM (this was Sunday night. )at night and they are parked everywhere

Our builder sent USI First choice to blow in insulation above our 2nd floor ceiling. Brin and his helper went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly. He had extra baffles on his truck, and we needed all of them. Brin answered all of my questions and concerns. I pointed out the areas that were inadequate from the builder, and he corrected everything. I have builders in the family, and it is very nice to experience a professional performing his work. Brin is very conscientious about the execution of his job duties.

My builder use them for my shower door. It has been almost a year with three tries already, but my door is still making annoying noise! They did not use level to install the door. The whole door is tilted! I have tried to make a repair appointment for almost a month! Hopefully this review will get their attention!
