Koala did an excellent job with the spray in insulation in my crawl space. I met with Graema to review the project, he provided an estimate within a day or so which was the most reasonable of the three prices I received. They were available to start at my convenience within a week or two of agreeing upon the pricing. They came one day to do the removal of the old fiberglass insulation and then a day or two after that to apply the spray foam insulation. The guys were all professional, polite and left the basement and crawl space clean during and after the work was completed. I would use Koala for any future insulation projects I have and would highly recommend them!

From start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with this company! I initially spoke to Graeme who was very professional, courteous, answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. I appreciate the excellent communication regarding job scheduling, payments/receipts, and a follow-up call after the job was completed--very thorough! Steve (Estimator) quoted us for blown-in cellulose insulation and insulated covers for our recessed lights as he explained this would be the best solution to address our needs. Steve was professional, courteous, highly knowledgeable, educated us on what was going to be done, answered all of our questions and we received our estimate the next day, which was very reasonable! The crew, Tony and Chris, were professional, courteous, hard-working, answered my questions and kept me apprised of what they were doing. Tony showed me photos of the finished job and explained what they did. Tony and Chris respected my property and did an excellent job cleaning up. I highly recommend this company when it comes to insulating your home!

Roy is a great communicator and kept me informed each step of the way. They did a great job insulating a very tight attic. We did run into a little problem and, without a question, he took care of it quickly and in a very professional manner. I would have him do work for me again.

Highly recommend Roy and Black Bear. Roy gives you an honest assessment and offers good info on how much each inch of insulation adds to the percentage of efficiency. Good info and honest advice with no pressure at all. They showed up on time, work was very good, and I am 100% satisfied.

The whole team at USA Insulation of CT was great to work with. Karissa was diligent about keeping me aware of things via phone and text, Matt did a fantastic job of determining our insulation needs and walking us through the process, and Benny and his team (Dominick, Julio, Joey, and Darian) were extremely efficient in getting the job done properly. Seriously, I work from home and it was like they weren't there at all! They got to my place right on time, set things up, got to work, and cleaned up so well after they left the place nicer than they found it! Of course, along with fantastic customer service, the insulation has already begun to pay off. Our new home had only about 5 inches of insulation in the attic (yikes) and barely any insulation at all in most of the walls (double yikes!). How the previous owners managed to survive living like this is beyond me. We realized we needed to check our insulation more thoroughly after the ac was struggling to keep our second (and main) floor below 82 degrees. We're able to track and monitor when our ac cycles on and off. Since installing the insulation just yesterday, there's already been a noticeable dip in the amount of times the ac has had to cycle on. Even now, it's 90 degrees outside while inside it's a comfortable 72 degrees. And the last time my ac had to cycle on to keep it there was... an hour ago for about 15 minutes. That is a MASSIVE improvement. So to USA Insulation of CT, you have our sincerest thanks for making our first house feel like that much more of a properly comfy (and cool) home!

I called them and the responded with 1 day. I was looking for a fast turnaround because of some issues with my builder. They came through and gave me a fair price to do the job. The quality of the work was excellent from start to finish. My building is a 28x36 with 14’ tall walls metal building. I would highly recommend them for any project you have.

I just worked with Dr Energy Saver to get insulation installed in my house. I would absolutely recommend them to any friends or family. From the beginning of the process through the final inspection, this company was a pleasure to work with. I would like to especially thank Keith Saunders and Johnny Lopez. Keith was beyond helpful while simply conduction the inspection and developing a quote. He really helped get me a service that was within my budget. Come installation day, Johnny was incredibly respectful and a pleasure to work with. Johnny ensured that everything was done right and the house was spotless after. I called Dr. Energy Saver because I had extensive mold in my attic. They did a fantastic job removing the mold, sealing air leaks and Re-insulating the attic.The upstairs is so much warmer now. They also did a great job insulating our rim joist in the basement, replaced the basement door and insulated a downstairs room. The crew was friendly, on time and cleaned up their area every day.

In Dec. 2019, I had extensive work done on my attic - air sealing, installing new insulation, a new catwalk, an insulation box over my attic ladder, improving the duct work from my bathroom fans. They did an excellent job and were pleasant to deal with. They responded promptly to my concerns subsequent to finishing the job. My only reservation was their price - $10,000 which I thought was high. but I proceeded anyway because I had confidence that they would do the job right.

Kevin was amazingly helpful for my insulation project. Kevin walked through the house and attic with me and spent a lot of his valuable time answering my questions. Kevin was also really knowledgeable about the Connecticut energy assistance program and was able to pay for over half of my project through the program. There was a small misunderstanding about the quote but Kevin immediately corrected it and I am 100% satisfied. The installation team also did a thorough job on the install. This was a great quality service and the company is really reputable. I would definitely work with them in the future.
