This is a wonderful company! They installed two solar attic fans. Initially I thought I wanted spray foam but they came out and told me it wasn’t advisable since my house is not new and it could create mold issues. I was unable to maintain even 74 degrees in my house without the AC running for hours and hours and hours without turning off on hot days. They identified that there was a lack of airflow in the attic and other issues, making it very hot and that I may need a little more insulation. They thoroughly looked into it and took the time to ensure this was the right thing to do for my house given the issues. They took time to research everything instead of just trying to sell something. I got other quotes before I decided on Lonestar. Other companies were willing to spray foam my house which might have ruined it. I had no doubt once we decided on the solar attic fans that it was the right choice. They answered every question I had. They were nice and courteous and absolutely knew what they were doing. They went way above and beyond to help me and made multiple trips to my house. And now I have two solar attic fans and additional insulation. During August, the hottest month, my utility bill dropped $40 from the previous month. The price they charged was less than other quotes. Just an amazing company and amazing people doing amazing work. They will do you right in every way. I have recommended them to several people already. Run don’t walk to Lonestar Air Sealers!

We had a great experience working with John and his team! They put in an attic tent, vacuumed out our old original insulation and installed new blown-in insulation, inspected our ductwork for any air leaks and evaluated the general ventilation situation in our attic.
