J & K Insulation Inc

I have worked with J&K Insulation twice now. I am a DIY kind of person. The two projects have been small renovations on my 50 year old home, but J&K has treated me great. Jeff is very professional and his crew left my work area cleaner than when they arrived. They provided me great value for the project. I am very pleased with the work provided.

I had a weird problem with condensation in an outbuilding. Jeff came to look at it, and after spending almost an hour, pointed me to a different solution that had nothing to do with insulation. He was able to assess the real problem, and then declined my offer to pay him for his expertise and time. Over-the-top customer service. Keeping his card for when I do need insulation.

I had the pleasure of having Jeff come by my home to consult me about some hot rooms above a garage. He brought by an IR camera and went through both my main level and upstairs pointing out hot spots and explaining what could be the cause. He was very thorough and gave me some great options to look into. It is clear that Jeff knows what he is talking about and has a lot of experience. I will be using J&K when I figure out what I want to do.
