HEM came out to do an audit and estimate for a unique insulation and repair job in our new house. Ben, the tech who came out, was great — he was knowledgeable and explained things clearly. Very happy with their service visit.

Home Energy Medics did a terrific job in upgrading our home! We received a home energy audit from Matt C. and Ben E. -- they were very knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything they were doing and their results. They made helpful recommendations, while also not pushing for upgrades that didn't make financial sense. We decided to have them insulate our attic, fix some poor ductwork on our heat pump, and Aeroseal our ducts, replace our bathroom exhaust fans and fix the ducting for them, along with a few other fixes to leaks and gaps in our attic and walls. We were out of town during the work, and they provided regular updates to keep us informed and in the loop. We are very pleased with the quality of the work -- we were warmer in the winter, and we're cooler in the summer. Thanks to Scott, Matt, Ben, and the whole team!
