Russell and his team were awesome! They were able to get my garage door serviced and repaired the same day we called. It was quality work and efficient. The customer service is excellent as well. Definitely recommend.

Avoid this company at all cost. They will give you as many excuses as they can to give you less for more. Their crew consists of a father son duo that are a literal joke. They do not have the knowledge or training to do half of what they are assigned if they even show up. Their salesman Grey is probably one of the biggest liars I have ever met. He is supposed be knowledgeable of his products but doesn’t know the first thing about them. We have been waiting over a year for the install of our fireplace to be completed. Management is terrible. Owners are even worse. If you don’t want to train or educate your employees, at least take ownership when they make a mistake. This is a warning. Do not use this company. They want your money, they do not care about quality or customer satisfaction. They have been very disappointing to deal with. Do not give them your money. There are better companies in the area. I wish I had been warned. Choose wisely.
