Russell and his team were awesome! They were able to get my garage door serviced and repaired the same day we called. It was quality work and efficient. The customer service is excellent as well. Definitely recommend.
I give sales and service 5 stars! Amazing! The lead installer on the other hand, ruined it for everyone in the company. There’s better people skills in a rotten apple. Would suggest the company as long as he wasn’t the installer. But because of him, I wouldn’t suggest them to install a rug at the front door. I really think the company should look into replacing him. I couldn’t tell he had been doing this for 30 years.
