I recently had Atticare come out to my house last year to remove old insulation and then lay down new insulation along with rodent proofing the attic. A little over a year later Rats were still getting into my Attic and even though my warranty had expired Attic care was nice enough to send out their engineer Kyle to address the issue. Kyle spent several hours at my house today to do a thorough inspection and rodent proofing of any access areas were the rats might be getting into my attic. Kyle also repaired my air ducts the rats were chewing, cleaned up the attic of any droppings and completely sanitized. Very happy with the follow up work Kyle was able to complete today.

My experience with Pure Eco was outstanding, I was able to get my attic done in 1 day of work with a quick, courteous, very professional crew by Armando. I didn’t replace my air ducts since I moved into my house 12 years ago, I lost air flow and the layout was horribly messy, they need to be changed , it was the original ducts system, I had noticeable temperature differences in most of the rooms around my house after we checked the attic we noticed that there is no insulation at all but roofing debris. The team that Sal sent (Brandon and Evan) did a fantastic job on repiping my 60 year old house here in Long Beach. I found a leak in my tankless water heater closet and called them out to take a look. My house has a slab foundation and turns the leak was coming in from the main-line under the soil and then through the concrete to the water heater closet in the middle of the house. They dug down through the concrete and rather than just asking the guys to patch the galvanized pipes, I figured it best to do a full house re-pipe through my tight attic since the plumbing is 60 years old. Good thing because in the process, another leak was detected in the wall between my bathroom vanities. The guys were friendly and hard-working, the process took 4-5 days and I was informed of where they would have to cut through the walls to connect all the pipes. They definitley routed the pipes in the least invasive way. They also tuned up my HVAC system and tankless water heater while they were here.
