An excellent experience with Advantage Home Performance! Omar the sales rep did a very thorough inspection of my attic prior to suggesting improvements in both the insulation and HVAC ductwork. Day 1: Marcos and Francisco arrived on time to seal all the ductwork and remove an old swamp cooler trunk duct that greatly decreased my HVAC system efficiency. They sealed all accessible ductwork and removed every vent in the house to seal the gap between the drywall and the ductwork. Day 2: Francisco, Oscar, and Alvaro worked on the new blown cellulose insulation installation. They filled all the previously empty ductwork soffits with cellulose insulation. They added additional insulation to the original fiberglass batt insulation to upgrade my attic insulation to R49. The improvements were noticeable as soon as they finished. My HVAC system doesn't even need to run right now because the interior temperature only varies between 68F and 71F over 24 hours. The insulation also greatly quieted the outside noise from entering the house. The entire team that worked on my home were very friendly and skilled! I highly recommend them for any insulation and HVAC work you might need.
