Just had 4 inches sprayed on the underside of our flooring. Scott came out to do the work and was incredibly friendly, punctual, communicative and an all round pleasant human. Robert was also very friendly and easy to work with regarding a quote and scheduling. Would definitely recommend trying them out.

I could not be happier with Insul-Max. They showed up on the agreed/scheduled day and they finished up on the agreed/scheduled day. The guys stayed all day both days so they did half of a 36X48 with 14 foot ceilings pole barn style shop one day then gave me the weekend to move stuff over to the other side. Then they did the other half of the shop Monday. The guys obviously know what they are doing and are very hard working and careful and very accommodating for what I needed and they work really well together. The finished product looks great. Last night I checked my shop when I closed it up and it was 44 degrees in there then over night it got down to 24 degrees. I went in the shop in the morning when it was 29 degrees outside and inside the shop it was 42 degrees. 2 to 3 inches of foam with no stove or heaters on and it only dropped 2 degrees overnight. That is so amazing!!! I highly recommend Insul-Max.

We started using Sunvek a few years ago and we depend on them to make repairs . They show up on time do a great job and clean up any mess made. We trust them to do the job .

I found John and his crew and gave him a call. He came out promptly and gave a quote. The job was approved and his team worked their tales off during the heat of the summer and did an amazing job. I had John look at another property that I thought needed a whole new roof and he talked me out of it and fixed a few issues and we have had only one leak, and John came out and fixed it. Prior to his and his crews work, we chased about 20 leaks last spring. Honest, hard working, won't sell you what you do not need.

We just hired Daryl and his hard working crew from USA Insulation of Spokane to insulate our attic with blown-in fiberglass insulation. My wife and I were very pleased with their politeness and professionalism. They answered all of our questions, were on time and even placed tarps on the carpet to walk on. What a difference going from R-11 to R-60 with consistant temperature in our home. May not need to purchase that air conditioner now! Thank you Daryl and crew with USA Insulation of Spokane.

Daryl and his crew were outstanding. With one day’s notice they rescheduled appointments to insulate our attic so we could meet an Avista rebate deadline. They placed down tarps, and left the house very clean. Daryl made sure I had all paperwork, and communicated very well. Highly recommend.

Edit to my review: The salesman (Daryl) reached out immediately after my initial review and offered to come take a look at the work. He explained some of the areas that I had concerns with and offered to make right other areas that didn't meet their standards. A direct quote from him "What matters is that your expectations are met." Very pleased with the professional follow-up and communication. I'll definitely be using them again. The salesman was great, and instalation team was very professional. The blown-in insulation was top-notch from what I can tell. However, my one complaint is about the spray insulation. The work done was pretty messy and inconsistent. Additionally, the installers didn't remove the old fiberglass insulation before doing the spray. Im not sure if this is standard practice but it didn't seem quite right. Also, the diagram that the salesman provided the installers allegedly didn't include all of the areas tonbe spray foamed. Overall, I'd go with these guys again, but just get some clarification on specifics first.

Pacific Insulation arrived when they said they would and performed the job efficiently, and cleaned up when they left. They also brought the necessary rebate forms so I can claim a rebate for the job done. I would recommend this company.

Ted was very informative and precise with his estimate and took the extra time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. We had our attic and crawl space insulated, and the team did a fantastic job. I worked with Andrew, one of the project managers, who was knowledgeable and always responsive to my questions. They’re an Avista-approved vendor for the new rebate program, which requires much more picture documentation and is more involved than in the past. Andrew handled all of it seamlessly through Avista’s new portal, making the rebate process smooth and stress-free.

Riley did a great all around job! His professionalism and communication far exceeded my expectations. My general contractor and subs have been very impressed with the finished product. Get product and great price. Well done!

Park on left side of the road in dirt before Building and walk to receiving which is across from the Cenex. Their dock is across from Springfield Street which you will make a right and backup into the dock. They will come out and stop traffic.
