We started using Sunvek a few years ago and we depend on them to make repairs . They show up on time do a great job and clean up any mess made. We trust them to do the job .

I found John and his crew and gave him a call. He came out promptly and gave a quote. The job was approved and his team worked their tales off during the heat of the summer and did an amazing job. I had John look at another property that I thought needed a whole new roof and he talked me out of it and fixed a few issues and we have had only one leak, and John came out and fixed it. Prior to his and his crews work, we chased about 20 leaks last spring. Honest, hard working, won't sell you what you do not need.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. I reached out for help with my energy bill through Avista’s insulation program, and they connected me with Gus at Pacific Insulation and Mold. Sam came out to do an assessment and shared some helpful insights on what improvements could make a difference. Gus was very personable and informative when I asked for a quote to insulate my crawlspace. The following week, his team came out, and one of the installers noticed that my crawlspace was already insulated to code. He explained that adding more insulation wouldn’t lead to much additional savings, which I really appreciated—it saved me money. He also suggested that upgrading my heating system would be a more effective way to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Thank you to everyone for your honesty and great service. I’d absolutely recommend this local small business to anyone, and I’ll gladly work with them again if I ever need to in the future.

After having several people working on other projects on the home mention that I had a little to no insulation, I called Pacific Insulation to explain the situation. They worked me in on a Saturday morning, and when they came, it was discovered that I actually had plenty of insulation! They informed me it would not be of any benefit to spray additional cellulose, even though they were already there and set up. They easily could have just sprayed in more insulation and gotten paid, since I clearly had no idea what was going on in the attic, but instead saved me money with their honest and professionalism! I would highly recommend them!

We just hired Daryl and his hard working crew from USA Insulation of Spokane to insulate our attic with blown-in fiberglass insulation. My wife and I were very pleased with their politeness and professionalism. They answered all of our questions, were on time and even placed tarps on the carpet to walk on. What a difference going from R-11 to R-60 with consistant temperature in our home. May not need to purchase that air conditioner now! Thank you Daryl and crew with USA Insulation of Spokane.

Daryl and his crew were outstanding. With one day’s notice they rescheduled appointments to insulate our attic so we could meet an Avista rebate deadline. They placed down tarps, and left the house very clean. Daryl made sure I had all paperwork, and communicated very well. Highly recommend.

Edit to my review: The salesman (Daryl) reached out immediately after my initial review and offered to come take a look at the work. He explained some of the areas that I had concerns with and offered to make right other areas that didn't meet their standards. A direct quote from him "What matters is that your expectations are met." Very pleased with the professional follow-up and communication. I'll definitely be using them again. The salesman was great, and instalation team was very professional. The blown-in insulation was top-notch from what I can tell. However, my one complaint is about the spray insulation. The work done was pretty messy and inconsistent. Additionally, the installers didn't remove the old fiberglass insulation before doing the spray. Im not sure if this is standard practice but it didn't seem quite right. Also, the diagram that the salesman provided the installers allegedly didn't include all of the areas tonbe spray foamed. Overall, I'd go with these guys again, but just get some clarification on specifics first.

Dave helped do my quote to insulate my 1910 home. He had great communication and did the best he could to work around my busy schedule. The team he brought with during the install were also friendly and fast paced. They worked around my animals and showed gratitude for my business. After the install, my home heated up from 60 degrees to 65 degrees in 15 minutes. Most of the time this takes a few hours to heat up 5 degrees in 30 degree weather and turns back on every half hour or so. My heat pump hasn’t turned back on after the heat up 3 hours ago. I somehow am excited to see my next electric bill which none of us want that typically. I should have invested in the new insulation sooner but all the quotes were outside of my price range. They made sure it was a fair cost and also even helped me with local & federal incentives. Most contractors have a terrible time cleaning up their mess. Dave made sure they used drop cloths, vacuumed and even mopped! I was surprised with this group of hard workers! I suggest getting a quote specifically working with Dave it’s going to save you money down the road! If you have icicles your attic is not properly insulated. If you have cold exterior walls it needs to be addressed. Do not continue waisting your hard earn cash and get a quick free of cost quote before they are booked out for months!

Northwest RetroFoam insulated all of our exterior walls with foam injection, and blew-in cellulose in the attic. Before the insulation, you could feel the cold on the back of your neck. Ours is a historic, old home, built almost 120 years ago and had no insulation in the walls. So, it was a large project. We already feel a huge improvement in comfort, and a noticeable reduction in traffic noises (we're on a busy street). The install crew was professional, and I was impressed with their hard work despite the very cold weather. It was a quality install, and we thank Dave and Terry for their attention to detail. I would recommend this contractor without hesitation.

These guys are amazing! We had pipes freezing in one wall and they came out very quickly and filled it! Took siding down and replaced it and no one would know they completely insulated it after the fact! Highly recommend them if you need better insulation!

Hired Specialty for an abatement project. They also did an energy audit for me. Manuel was great to work with. Excellent communicator, on time, did exactly what he said he would do. I appreciated that he took the time to answer all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Jared and crew were also great. He had a lot of experience. Completed project on time. Professional. I would definitely hire Specialty again and recommend them to others.

Having just moved into a place with a brand new, and not yet insulated metal shop, I started the process of finding a contractor who could do the job. After about two weeks of searching, leaving my name and number and rarely receiving a call back, I checked on Angie's List and found Specialty Insulation. They replied to me the same day and we arranged for the salesman, Jordan Richardson, to drop my and give me an estimate. I was very happy with the two types of insulation services they offered and went with the R21 Fiberglass insulation with a WMP VR-R wrap covering. The job was started within a week and finished in three-days, despite the recent cold snap with temps in the negative numbers. The installers were curious, professional and always on time and great to talk too. I'm very happy with the job they did, and my shop looks fantastic, plus, its warm! I would highly recommend Specialty Insulation!

Our 1930ʻs cottage needed TLC and the right insulation to fill the wall cavities. Specialty not only knew what we needed, (blown in cellulose), they were able to get it done in time to beat the next heat wave. Decades ago I used Specialty Insulation. Ted was very informative and precise with his estimate and took the extra time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. The instal team did an amazing job and left virtually no mess either! They were all easy to work with as I was out of town while they did it. We had our attic and crawl space insulated, and the team did a fantastic job. I worked with Andrew, one of the project managers, who was knowledgeable and always responsive to my questions. They’re an Avista-approved vendor for the new rebate program, which requires much more picture documentation and is more involved than in the past. Andrew handled all of it seamlessly through Avista’s new portal, making the rebate process smooth and stress-free.

Wow, excellent service. Every new home owner should have this inspection. I was concerned about “old house smell” and fearful of any hazardous air issues in my recently purchased 1930s brick Tudor. John did such a thorough inspection and gave me such tremendous peace of mind with his advice and knowledge of mold, asbestos, and any type of building material that could be potentially harmful. I could not believe he was willing to do such a thorough initial inspection for free! He basically gave me free advice about how to remedy some minor hazards and did not charge me anything. I didn’t end up needing any further services but I would certainly call them if I needed any type of air/materials testing. He did not try to sell any additional services that were not needed and all I need to do is paint over some minor areas of lead paint/asbestos. So much more helpful than traditional generalist home inspections! I know my house is safe now for my baby.

John Graves is great! He does a ton of testing for us and is very timely in fitting us in his schedule. He follows up with prompt report to post it on our jobsites so we can get to work.

Sean is very professional, well informed, and does a great job. If you are going to use spray foam for insulation, make sure to hire someone with years of experience as Sean has. This is not something you want done by a novice. My wife and I highly recommend this company. Plus, he spells his name the right way!
