We have used Golden Contractor Services for years. Their prices are fair and they are extremely responsive and keep the project on schedule, unlike so many other outfits out there. I have been very happy with their work and customer service.

GCS exceeded all of our expectations! From start to finish, the quality of their work was second to none. We hired them to fix several issues, and they expertly handled everything: insulation removal, new vapor barrier installation, siding replacement, window and house caulking, and adding a crawlspace vent. We were particularly impressed by their attention to detail when installing the new vapor barrier—it was clear they were doing the job right, unlike the previous company. Leo was an incredible project lead, always responsive and full of valuable insight. The GCS team worked efficiently and professionally. We can't recommend them highly enough! They've earned a customer for life. Also, I received quotes for several companies around the Tri-Cities area and GCS pricing was extremely fair and worth every penny.

I have used golden contractors for paint insulation and garage doors. This company takes pride in their work and do really good work. The process was fast an easy without any issues

I had a bad ice dam problem on my roof caused by an attic insulation problem. I asked A+ to look at it and their salesman came over the next day. He explaind several problems in my attic that were causing the ice dams including insufficient insulation height, problems with the soffit baffles, ceiling lighting that punched through the insulation, etc. A+ provided an estimate that was so fair to me for the work needed. In a couple more days their work crew was out and had the whole job done the same day. The crew was great. They took pictures of my attic problems and showed me what was needed and what they were going to do. When they were done, they showed me pictures of what they did up in the attic. I felt so confident that my problems were fixed! The crew was so friendly and professional. While they were on lunch break, Lowes delivered a big load of lumber. The driver dumped his load in my driveway and took off. The A+ crew took some of their lunch time to help me transport my lumber from the driveway to my back patio. They were the best service people I have ever had!

I just had A Plus blow insulation into my attic yesterday. They did an awesome job in a very short amount of time. Jesus explained everything that needed to be done with pictures! They came in below other bids and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them!

A plus did an excellent job of upgrading the insulation in our attic. Despite a low pitch hip roof they managed to install baffles that provided for better air circulation from the intake vents in the soffit. They also installed insulation around exhaust fans, hot lights, and the attic perimeter. And they blew in enough insulation to bring the attic R value to 55. The crew was efficient and courteous, and I couldn't be more satisfied.

There are great to work with. We tried another insulation company who failed miserably. Smith came out and did a great job in a timely matter. They worked with us for the local PUD rebates saving us time and headaches. Would recommend them to anyone needing insulation work done. You cannot go wrong with them,.

I will not recommend this company, They sent me a bill for a job that hadn't been even done I had to call and let them know that ..When the installers came out to put insulation and baffles in the Attic they blocked vent areas I had to make them go back and redo it. The cardboard baffles they used I went and looked a few months later they're not very good and not holding up very well.when I finally received the bill they sent to me trying to charge me a late fee and tell me they email it to me when they never did I never received it the woman in the office in Kennewick just doesn't seem to get things correct. I could go on but I'm not going to waste more time. Eric m

Only gave me a half estimate attic, not crawlspace. Contacted them about a crawlspace price and never heard back bad communication. Need to be taken off PUD list.
