We went with Star City to have our crawl space insulated and a new vapor barrier installed. They sealed all crawl space vents and installed a dehumidifier. Stratton was very professional and knowledgeable. He was responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Jacob and Kyle did a good job and cleaned up all debris when the job was completed. Star city did a great job remediating and encapsulating my crawlspace. I was experiencing extremely high humidity, moisture and standing water In my crawlspace. I talked to several other companies and Stratton with Star City was by far the most knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find a solution that met my needs. Other companies try to sell me solutions that my home did not need. He offered me a solution that was within my budget and solved my problems. The installers did a great job as well. They treated for mold and sealed up my crawlspace very well. Now the humidity in the crawlspace is staying below 45% and the humidity in my house has gone from 70% down to 45-50%. My house no longer has that musty smell it did before from the excessive moisture. I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience and process. Super nice guys, fast unloading. Easiest way to this place from the 81 is to get off on plantation road and it brings you rite to this place. Make a left on Elizabeth st and follow all the way back behind body shop. Huge lot to turn around and back into the docks
