These guys were great. I called and they visited the site right away. They gave me a competitive quote with several options. They communicated with me on when they could come and completed the job on schedule. I needed to run a sewer vent up through the insulation and they came back and fixed it. Very halpy woth the job they did.

I have been reading building science articles and watching YouTube videos about insulation and building science for years leading up to the building of our house. I'm a total insulation geek. We installed a heat exchange ventilator because we really want to have an airtight house. I was super anxious about how the insulation was going to be installed and was worried that it wouldn't be as airtight as I hoped. J&k did our insulation these last couple of days and I have to say I have been super impressed with their attention to detail and meticulous sealing and insulating that they did on our house with a combination of spray foam, nets and blown in insulation. They went above and beyond what I expected an insulation contractor to do. They had really good solutions for areas that I was concerned about. And solved problems that I didn't even realize were problems. I am super excited about my well insulated and airtight house.

I had a weird problem with condensation in an outbuilding. Jeff came to look at it, and after spending almost an hour, pointed me to a different solution that had nothing to do with insulation. He was able to assess the real problem, and then declined my offer to pay him for his expertise and time. Over-the-top customer service. Keeping his card for when I do need insulation.

I had the pleasure of having Jeff come by my home to consult me about some hot rooms above a garage. He brought by an IR camera and went through both my main level and upstairs pointing out hot spots and explaining what could be the cause. He was very thorough and gave me some great options to look into. It is clear that Jeff knows what he is talking about and has a lot of experience. I will be using J&K when I figure out what I want to do.

Very happy with my purchase here. I was lost as far as how to insulate my metal building. I almost pulled the trigger on just doing foam boards you buy Home Depot, but found this company through a colleague. The price for their insulation was about the same as it would have been for the foam boards but the R-value was better and it was all custom cut for my building. Installing the batts was a learning process especially for the roof. You can certainly do it as a one-man-band but it’s going to take some time and little tricks to make it work. The insulation is very high quality, and I can absolute tell a difference inside my shop! Thanks guys! I’ll be sending people you’re way!
