If I could give more stars I would. The two gentlemen, Oscar and Angel, showed up to my house on time and ready to start working. They both were very polite and had an attention to detail. My large garage was completed in roughly 2 hours and I couldn’t believe how amazing the difference made. SPF Services was hired to complete repairs on our entire roof (90% flat and 10% pitched). Contrary to what we were told, third party contractors were hired to complete the repairs. Luckily, the Foam Co LLC was used to complete the flat roof foam installation. They covered the existing acrylic/elastomeric membrane on our roof with 1" spray polyurethane foam and then applied 20 mils of acrylic coating to prevent foam deterioration. The exposed HVAC ducting on our roof was also sprayed with 1/4" layer of polyurethane foam and coated and acrylic coating. Ricardo and his crew from the Foam Co were very professional and did an EXCELLENT job! Ricardo explained the process prior to start and kindly answered our questions along the way. The foam was applied evenly and within thickness specs. They showed up on time, were consciousness of foam application and overspray, and cleaned up very well at the end of each day. We HIGHLY recommend Foam Co LLC!!!

After last year's hail storm in the Upper Valley, we wanted to upgrade to a foam roof. Finding our first foam roof contractor required that we do our research and then choose the best option. After that, all we could do is keep our fingers crossed and hoped for the best. We were not disappointed! The Foam company was every thing we hoped for: responsive, timely and absolute professionals. The equipment footprint for our job was small and tidy. They ended each work day with all tools neatly stored and work area cleaned. But for the progress you heard and saw during the day, you wouldn't know they had been there. Over the last year, they have returned twice since they completed the original job to address a minor issue not of their making and did not charge for either visit. We have had no regrets and have now found a trusted roofer. We wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Zuni was able to come out and insulate the area we needed in record time. We talked on Monday and by Wednesday they had finished the job. Jocelyn was a great point of contact for my project, she kept me informed or arrival times and always returned my call or text within minutes. I highly recommend them for your insulation needs.

We were a bit skeptical about whether to invest in Batt Insulation in comparison to Spray Foam/Closed Cell Foam Insulation but from my own research the benefits of Spray Insulation were definitely superior so we decided to give it a try. Highly recommend adding spray foam insulation to your roof. We should have done this years ago, it makes a great difference. Todays ourside temperature was 102 Fahrenheit, typical El Paso summer. Inside the house was around 85 degrees without turning on the AC. We are very happy with their job and professionalism.

Ernie and his crew are amazingly professional! This is the third time we've used them and have not been disappointed. Most recently we had our garage treated with their spray foam insulation and the difference is nothing more than incredible. Great service, Pink Elephant was amazing. The moment we contacted them they were responsive and continued to communicate with us throughout the whole process. Their crew was organized, on time and worked hard all day to get thr job done. We were having huge problems with out blown in cellulose insulation, so Pink Elephant vacuumed all that up and made our attic spick and span, no more dust problem. They then brought in the spray in open cell foam spraying machine, and set it up the very next day, and then completed the entire attic ceiling the same day, total time 2 days! The guys cleaned up everything and left our house as if they hadn't been there, real pro's. Then Pink Elephant sent us the form to fill out for the City of El Paso rebate (yes, there is one of those), and even included the rebate as a discount on our bill, so we didn't have to wait for the City to send us a check! We would recommend Pink Elephant 100% to anyone thinking about new attic insulation, or any spray foam application. They even installed a new attic door, with stairs, so we can actually get into our attic and store stuff, since it is now part of the air conditioned space. Thank you Pink Elephant!
