I think the negative reviews have come from people who don't understand the need to be patient with a business that is very busy. It may take them time to come out, but when they come, they do their job well.

My experience with SFJ was great. Ted came out and put eyes on the job. I was then emailed with a detailed quote. We set a date and I was called the day before to make sure we were ready. Although we were delayed by a day on my part, they worked with me on the set back and started promptly the next day. The crew came out and explained the process and got started on preparing the inside, taping plumbing, covering electrical outlets, panels and windows. The crew was very good at keeping me informed of their progress and showed up on time in the mornings. The clean up after the job was just as efficient. This was for a small 1200 sq ft apartment on some property we purchased.a few ago. We will be building our forever home on this property in another few years and I will be using Spray Foam Genie again.

Amazing company, with true after sales service. Here is my story, my house is a New build from fox home builders on the oso Bay Area. The AC system was underpowered and the ducts are all incorrectly installed. It would have cost me 20k to fix it… so I called this company to see if they could help Maybe fix the insulation and help with the efficiency of what I have. They came in, and finished the job in one day. The whole attic was covered. I was super concerned about the fumes, and all of that. It only took a few hours to get the stink out. The system works!! My AC bill went down by 30%. Here is why they get the fifth star. I had an issue with humidity and I called back to them to fix the situation. Ted the owner actually answers his phone and sent his crew to fix it right away. It wasn’t their fault the boards in the attic were warped and the house settled since the initial install. Best service ever. They stand by their product. Don’t hesitate to get them to your house, it will save you big money over time.

Everything went well with Spray Foam Genie!!! Found this service through the app called Thumbtack. Ted came out. I showed him my project. Gave me a quote and even added in a nice Veteran discount. Andrew and Jack arrived the very next day. Very professional employees. Calls were made to me with updates of my project, when they were leaving their area and giving me an estimated time of their areival. JOB WELL DONE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Spray Foam Genie!!!

I hired Bay Area to Spray Foam the cabin that I am finishing out they were quick efficient on time. Did an excellent job cleaned up made everything perfectly ready for sheet rock. I am very happy with their work. Everyone was very friendly very down-to-earth nice people.

Gabe provided superb customer service. He was on time for all appointments and his crew was extremely professional. My garage was cleaner when they were done than before they started. Mr. Pinon is a sole owner of this business. He is very prompt on his appointment. He performed the foam insulation at our house in a very timely manner. He keep our property and our inside clean and safe before, during and after the foam insulation was sprayed. We were not able to tell that we had this done once the application was complete. He is reliable and we were able to leave the house to them. Overall, the company is reliable, prompt, trust worthy, cost conscious and courteous. I would recommend them for any type of insulation work for either the new house or existing house

I recommend KandJ Spray Foam. They did a good job of spraying foam around my rafters. There was no insulation there, just some over the ceiling. My relatively new house in Rockport has always felt warm in hot days and cool in cold days making the furnace and AC run often. Ducts and pipes are exposed in the attic creating issues. After just a few days the house feels much better.

Calvin was able to fit me into their schedule quickly and came out to my house on time. He did an excellent job and was very professional throughout. Before starting, he pointed out some cavities I wasn’t aware of and explained everything clearly. The insulation work was done efficiently and to a high standard.
