So easy! I had Bryant come out and give me a quote. He was very personable and honest. Got lucky to get installation done quickly and efficiently. Jon and Uzman (spell?) were my installers. Very kind and clean! Victoria has been helping me with all the rebates and paperwork to be done! Very professional and friendly! Have already recommended Koala to two people! Excellent work!

Cody and Alex did a superb job removing our attic floor and misc item plus blowing in the insulation. They were polite, professional, efficient and very careful bringing the wood through the house. I recently had Koala install insulation in my attic. There was a bit of miscommunication at first, and the initial install did not meet my expectations. However, Koala went above and beyond to make things right. They answered my calls on weekends and evenings, were always available and helpful, and took every concern seriously. A awesome company. Private and family owned company. Gave an estimate on a Wednesday and was out to do the job on the following Friday. A super reasonable estimate and a great job. Cleaned up afterwards. They blew in insulation in the attic of my house and installed an attic tent around the pull down stairs. When unit runs it runs only half as much as it did and is off twice as much as it was. If you need Back Oaks services I highly recommend them. I’m gonna try and upload a before and after pictures.

Mark is the Man! Black Oak got me in with short notice and sent a beast of an installer! Unique situation with the basement and fire blocking so had to call on them to take care of me and they absolutely did. I’m building holes for a living and have no reason to look elsewhere. Thanks guys!

Awesome Company to work with! They do quality work, very efficient, stay in contact with their clients and follow up after the job is done. They replaced a gutter that wasn’t functioning properly. We had contacted several companies to get estimates, but no one ever showed up to do the job. Moses Riley with Black Oak Insulation and Gutters came to look, gave us an estimate the same day, within one week our new gutters were installed and our problem was solved. They also installed new gutters on a new build, did a fantastic job and completed the task in a few hours. Their price is very reasonable! Highly recommend!

I have a 3300 sq ft home that Apex spray foamed and my electric bill never gets over $100.00. In the summer with the heat index of 107 at 1:00 pm you can go in my walk in attic and the temperature will only be about 5 degrees warmer than the temperature in my house. Also, we were able to down size our a.c. unit which saved even more money. Another plus is it's a lot quieter inside the house with the foam insulation . I also had them spray my garage which is around 700 sq ft and it isn't heated or cooled but in the winter it never gets below 60 degress in there. The installers were professionally and completed the job fast. I would recommend Apex to anyone who would be interested in having spray foam insulation put in their home.

Columbia Crawl Space did an excellent job for us. This is actually the 3rd project they have done. They always show up on time, are very thorough and professional. I highly recommend them!

Outstanding!! I can't say enough about this company. Mark, the owner, personally came out to inspect the crawl space and walk me through the process. Mark never tried to sell me anything I did not need just to make more money like the prior company I had come out and bid. Not only was Mark's price great, but he used 121 mil on the floor and 1 1/2" spray foam vs the 6 mil and no spray foam the way other company was going to do it. My crawl space was absolutely disgusting from years of mother nature and rats destroying it. I can say I actually enjoy going under the house now! It's clean as a whistle and it's super warm which should help with pipes freezing in the winter. The whole crew at Columbia Crawl Space were great. They were all friendly, professional, and really seemed to care and get the job done right, NO shortcuts.... In a time where money can be tight it's good to know there are still a few companies out there that give you every pennies worth. Do not be fooled by other competitors, read the fine print and know what you are getting. CC space is the real deal.

I had Mark give me a quote for crawlspace encapsulation after I bought my new to me home. Mark’s bid was competitive among the other bids and didn’t try to oversell products & services that other companies included in their quotes for me. I immediately felt comfortable with his demeanor through our conversations and could sense his genuine concern for doing the job correctly without hijacking’s my finances. He waited patiently for me to get the funds together to pay him and didn’t push me into a timeframe that I couldn’t work with. The quote never changed after 2 months. Other companies said I had to get the work done within 30 days or the quote was going to increase. It was Thanksgiving week when the work was done which was already experiencing cold temperatures. As soon as the work was done we could definitely tell a difference in the warmth of our flooring as well as the sound deadening which was an unexpected positive effect of the encapsulation. The crawlspace is now clean and dry and no longer resembles a dungeon. I would not hesitate to recommend Columbia Crawlspace to anyone needing this type of service.

Not that bad. Arrived early and due to limited space, had to wait for most of the work trucks to leave. No big deal. Yes there is limited space for maneuvers but even a novice can do this. ** They require your tandems to the back and trailer must be flush with dock.

Delivered truckload today, super tight area but fantastic people working the area. Super fast unload time . Hurting on space but well efficiently managed and very helpful workers. Way better than the old reviews state!

Unloading super fast , friendly people ..if you are not used to backing into super tight areas ..it’s one of those places ..I was fourth in line and had like 3 trucks ahead me took each driver 30-45 mins to get in😓😓 …park on the street first walk to the docks on your left and I parked there for the night as well on the street
