Spray Foam Insulation in Chattanooga, TN

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to for Icon Insulation in Chattanooga. We’re in the East Lake area, and our utility bills were through the roof. They diagnosed a poorly sealed attic and a humid crawl space. Within three days, they removed the old insulation, installed new spray foam insulation in the attic, and encapsulated the crawl space. Our home feels tighter, quieter, and our energy use dropped noticeably in just one month. Very respectful team!

Honest, professional, thorough, responsive, knowledgeable and attentive. Very pleasant staff. Very happy with the entire process of our crawlspace encapsulation. Nice to be able to still find local companies that uphold high quality standards with courtesy and hospitality.

Shopped around for a while to have my attic insulated. This team not only had one of the best prices, but they had superior communication and customer service as well. As for the product, my energy bill is already down 40%.

It’s a messy job but they prep like they know what they are doing. They did a great job, left the job clean and gave a good price to boot! And the house is sealed against heat and cold!

Clean, professional, on time and looks great! Neil was very knowledgeable and professional when giving our estimate. After deciding to use him, he gave us a date on his calendar and kept that agreed date. (We have had other contractors for other services push back dates or never show up.) We had closed cell foam applied to the roof, loft and to the crawl space and everything looks great. You will not be disappointed using them for your house/shop/building.

Hernandez Foam installed insulation in my home. They arrived one evening at 5:30 and worked until the job was complete. I was amazed that they worked so late to complete the job. We have a very drafty barn with a metal roof. After much research, spray foam insulation was the way to go. We got a couple quotes and Foametix’s was the most competitive. The crew was great. Thorough and did an excellent job with both prep work and clean up. Not only has the foam helped cool down the barn, but the color has also helped brighten up the space. I will definitely be reaching out to Foametix again for my next insulation project!

Definitely recommend! Actually took the time to come out to look at the job to quote it unlike others. The guys doing the job was professional and respectful of the property. You will need some type of electric panel for them to hook up to, just an FYI. They did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards

Crew was very professional in the way they covered all windows ,doors, and floors. Arrived 7:30 both mornings. My garage feels like a Yeti cooler, today reached high 80's, garage barely got 75 without any AC.

Insulation Unlimited re-insulated our attic, improved airflow through the roofline, sealed up attic doors and installed FSK paper to keep heat out of upstairs rooms. The end result was an upstairs that is significantly more comfortable with lower utility bills. I have worked with thousands of contractors in my day job and a few as a customer. This company is knowledgeable about building science and what solutions will have the most value for customers. Communication and follow are reliable, and many employees have worked there for years. Ivan did an incredible job. I'm a contractor and have had several vaulted ceiling spray foamed with different insulation subs but Ivan has been the best. We're building a new house in Sequatchie Valley. We did research on different insulation and wanted to use spray foam but thought it to be cost prohibitive. We contacted different foam insulation companies and thought we would have to use fiberglass batts until we contacted King of Foam Insulation company in Chattanooga. We let them give us an estimate and realized it was within our budget. They took 2 days to complete the job which is what they said. They were very professional, on time and neat.
