Spray Foam Insulation in Wilkes-Barre, PA

Don had sprayed the foam insulation in one of our buildings years ago and is holding up very well just as promised. He was very professional and informative as well as thoroughly cleaned up after the job was done. Highly recommend!!

Don did an excellent job on the spray foam in our attic. Now it’s not blistering hot in the summer or ice cold in the winter up there, saving us money on our energy bill and making the space usable. I was so happy I had him back to spray foam my office! Reasonable prices, showed up when he said he would, and cleaned up after the jobs were done. Highly recommended!

In September, I had the folks at Pridemark Construction inject their Retrofoam insulation into my 85 year old brick cape. Unfortunately, I was not aware of them when I engaged a cellulose insulation contractor last year which insulated most of the house from the inside. That process was very invasive and dirty and required me to do final patchwork of holes to interior walls and repainting. I engaged Pridemark this year because they were willing to travel to lower NY State which was about a 2 hour drive each way. I needed them to insulate my kitchen and several other walls which also weren't able to be done by the cellulose insulation firm. Let me first say that I was impressed by their knowledge of their product and services, but also by their additional construction and masonry knowledge overall. This was a more difficult job since they had to drill many holes into the existing exterior concrete joint work which was more difficult and time consuming than drilling through wood. However, not one brick was damaged and the final concrete joint work by them was so good, that you cannot really see where they drilled without getting right on top of the wall and looking very closely. I already notice a difference in the warmth of the kitchen now, versus what it was like on cool / cold days in the past. I cannot say enough good things about the Molinas as professionals and their attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

I was skeptical at first because it took so long for them to get to me, but they were well worth the wait. My home was made in 1967, and my family and I have been freezing for years. They are a great team with a lot of knowledge to share and a product that works. they also took on a renovation, so now my house has another living space, too. Five stars!

The Molina's and team are great! They injected insulation in all the external walls of our home. This was a big job. We have a four stories Victorian (built in 1900) house that in many walls had no insulation. We immediately noticed that the house is a lot more quiet. The noise from the street is almost fully damped. The thermal behavior of the house has changed. The basement used to be very cold (both winter and summer) and now the temperature can be controlled with the HVAC system. It is summer now but we hope that we can finally use the family room in the winter. I will let you know later.
