Scott and his crew did an amazing job with our spray foam insulation. Previously, we had an awful company remove insulation and leave us with a disaster of dust to clean up so we can appreciate when the job is done right. There was not any dirt or debris left behind and they worked so efficiently. The crew was polite and respectful of our home. Jim did a terrific job answering all our questions and working with us to get to the right solution for our insulation issues.

David and Darren were the service team that installed a new heat pump water heater and an air source heat pump for my HVAC system. They were professional and respectful, meaning they communicated with me well and they were flexible with their arrival times based on my family's morning routines. I am happy with the work they completed and I can tell that they were thorough and thoughtful in their work as my electrical panel was a little wonky and presented some challenges. I also want to acknowledge Joe Bocchino who conducted the estimate and ensured that I got everything that I needed for a successful project. He also helped securing me the various incentives available from NYS and National Grid. Also Hannah Assisi, Sabrina Williams, and Kayla Eramo provided excellent customer service as it related to scheduling and billing.

They came, prepared the area, did such a nice Job there was very little clean up! Hunter and Carson work together very well! Answered all about questions. They Sprayed this area ( see Picture ) And the 1 ft soffit overhang on split level. West wall with direct wind, we had lots of drafts! No longer the case. Very Happy! Thank you Upstate Spray Foam!

For TRUCKERS: Delivered here. Backing is easy just stay alert for impatient drivers. IN & Out in about a little over an hour. Also I would suggest arrive at night time. Attaching a screenshot take a left on Haynes Ct. Go to the building swing wide use that lot to back out and park on the street on your left(marked as green circle). In the morning check in and back in to the dock.

I was rebuilding my whole house. Right from the beginning Rocket gave me a fair price quote and even made some helpful suggestion for thermal and sound insulation I had not thought of. The office was attentive and knowledgeable. The work crew was on time and quick to finish their work. When I had an issue with the energy code inspector Rocket was very helpful to work out a solution with the energy code person and resolved it the same day.

I recently had a house fire. Throughout the rebuilding process we have encountered many crooks and less than desirable businesses. I contacted Rocket to have the insulation replaced in the attic. Patrick came on time, was very professional and gave me a great price. When I went in the attic and found the cleaning crew didn’t remove it all, Patrick gave me a more than reasonable price to remove it. I am very happy with the work they did, the professional manner it was done, and the reasonable price. I highly recommend Rocket insulation. It’s a blessing to find them.

KG did amazing job for us. This was a nightmare of a job. When they came in to do the foam under my house, they corrected the water pipe fittings the plumber did incorrectly, they finished the wet insulation removal that was left undone by Servpro and they put in the new insulation. We had multiple defective pipe fittings fail simultaneously pouring water into the insulation under my house. KG was the 3rd and final part of the job to restore everything. He had to come out twice because the plumbing and the cleanup weren’t finished. Thanks to the new Insulation, my floors are not freezing anymore. They went above and beyond to get this all finally done before the pipes all froze. KG is a 5 star company.

They did an amazing job with the spray foam installation and were quick, efficient and cleaned up afterwards! What an amazing difference in my old drafty house! Prefect timing considering current price to heat these big old houses! Can't say enough good about the excellent job they did!

Kane and his crew did a tremendous job insulating our attic. We needed a demo crew to come out and tear out some drywall that had old insulation, and he coordinated everything quickly. The demo guys were fast and efficient, careful, and thorough. The spray foam insulation Kane and his guys put in is great - they were also thorough, fast, and at a fair price for everything. I would highly recommend using Home Foam Insulation.
