We had an exceptional experience with Sierra Air! They answered the phone, set up an appointment right away, offered us many options and also gave us a free upgrade when one unit was not available. Our heater went out over the holiday week and Felipe, Louis, and Jack worked on New Years Eve day so we would have heat for our houseful of guests. We had a wonderful team install our system led by Alex. What a fantastic experience. From the minute he came to our house we felt comfortable with his skills and mastery of the installation. Best of all he had a really fine sense of aesthetics and a respect for the customer. I would never consider anyone else for HVAC needs as a result of my experience today. It’s very difficult to find the right combination when you suddenly have to make a decision quickly and trust it will go perfectly. Alex professionalism and great disposition made it all go better than I could have expected. From the beginning to the end, what was most important to him was a job well done and a happy customer. He was willing to take whatever measures possible to make that happen. He was an easy person to partner with because he listened and had excellent high standards . First off, as someone who runs a service business myself let me say I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism I experienced with Sierra Air. Communication was excellent. I received text reminder from the office with a picture of the technician with his name when he was on his way, the technician called when he was 20 minutes out, showed up as expected, vehicle was clean and presentable. The technician introduced himself, put shoe covers on prior to entering my home and went to work. After diagnosing my furnace the technician explained the issues to me in understandable terms allowing me to make a educated decision to replace my furnace. Donny, the design consultant came the same day to help me choose the right system, crawled under the house and inspected the ductwork, did the necessary calculations to determine the proper size furnace for the square footage of my home. From the first phone cal, everyone I dealt with delivered a excellent customer service experience. I highly recommend Sierra Air

Have worked with a few wools at this point and this is by far my favorite. The batts are insanely easy to work with, a joy really, and the customer service is awesome! I’m stoked to report I have never seen any poor sheep skin on any of their product like I have with some other companies i have gotten wool from. All in all a great company!

We highly recommend Havelock Wool! We're very glad that we bought the insulation for our van build from them! Their wool is great to work with - it's all natural, doesn't irritate skin, is easy to work with and is exactly what we were looking for on our build. Beyond an excellent product, they have great online resources to determine quantities, installation methods, etc. Their team was responsive and great to work with. Excellent work by Arturo and Jose! I just can't say enough about the quality of their workmanship. They blew in insulation in my garage ceiling since our house didn't have any. You can tell they've done this a few times :) Highly satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future if need be. Also kudos to estimator Dave Sandunsky for great customer service.

These guys are great, they bent over backwards to fulfill all my insulation needs. The previous guy's review looks unfair as the guy is only complaining about getting lost in the parking lot.

Don't go in end of coldassak turn before to go around for drivers side otherwise it's a blindside. Open air docks.

They performed insulation of 2 walls to tone down noise of the house for a bedroom. They came on time, worked performed professionally and did a fantastic job!! Highly recommend this company!?
