FLC came out did an energy audit and provided proposals for a new Heating and AC system , insulation for the crawl space and attic. They also streamlined some exhaust systems and installed a sump pump in the crawl space. They handled the application and getting the Delmarva Power rebates. Work was done promptly and professionally, the quality of work was great. There were 3-4 work crews and they were all very polite , hard working and explained everything they did. The employees to the owner could not have been any nicer or more professional.

After receiving the results of an audit performed by Energize Delaware we decided to have our whole house energized. We were losing quite a bit of energy from common air leaks throughout our home that we were not aware of. The Energize Delaware program Auditor referred us to FLC Energy to get an estimate of what it would cost to have our home fully energized. FLC energy was great! They did a home improvement proposal and listed all of the areas within our home that we were losing energy from like air, leaks, old, insulation, etc. We were shooting for at least a 20% improvement however, we got over 50% improvement once the final test out audit was completed. They started with a blower test for the pre-work. They included air sealing, attic insulation, existing ventilation, improve ventilation for indoor air, quality, crawlspace findings. Now our home has a pearl certification which will increase the value of our home. As a result of FLC energy, our home is airtight, more comfortable, our thermostat is better regulated and they did what they said they would do! Their team of Employees were top notch very professional. Our experience was awesome from start to finish. We’d like to give a special shoutout to the team, Robin: Administrative support/Customer Service Brandon: Initial site inspection and design of the work Terry, Shane and Spencer - Crew who did most of the scope of work on the home.
