Koala installed solar attic fan, sealed canned lights & other openings & added 3 to 4 inches of insulation. Chris, Nick & Pablo and entire crew were professional & communicated through out the process. I recently hired Koala Insulation, one of my fellow members from my BNI chapter, to add insulation to our crawl space. These guys were awesome! From start to finish, communication was outstanding. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were super friendly, and delivered a high level of customer service that’s hard to find these days. We’ve had our fair share of contractors who left messes or damaged things around the house, so we were impressed by Koala’s care and attention to detail. Thy did awesome job with my attic insulation! I contacted them on Monday, Jose came for a free estimate. Was told they can come on Wednesday which is still pretty quick. But it was more convenient for me to get it done next day and surprisingly I’ve got a positive answer. So on Tuesday couple of guys came at about 9am and performed my attic insulation. Everything was done by 12:30. I’ve got about 13-15 inches of blown-in insulation and our ceiling isn’t hot anymore on sunny days making our house indoor temperature dramatically lower and saving us ton of money on electrical bills. After job was done they cleaned after all leaving my house in better condition then it was before (we were in remodeling process and dust was everywhere around). Can’t be happier by their amazing service for such a great price! Thank you guys! Definitely recommended company!

Great response…Called and had a site visit within 48Hrs, Booked and completed within a week. Granted it was a smaller job, but Wes showed up promptly and ran me through the process, questions were asked and answered. Very happy with the results.

DES came to look at our small space that needed insulation, talked through the details, and met the price of the competitors who just sent over a quote (or didn't respond at all). The workers came when scheduled, walked me through expectations again, and completed the job on time, cleaning up their mess. Everyone was professional and respectul.

I discovered Dr. Energy Saver on the Internet in the summer of 2018 when I was researching remedies for ice dam formation. The video presentation I found was clear and concise. I response to my call, a very professional evaluator (Tim D.) showed up and appraised my situation. Apart from giving me a thorough and understandable explanation for my problem, he informed me that my existing insulation contained asbestos and would have to be removed before the necessary improvements to prevent another ice dam. This led to another search for an environmental contractor to remove the asbestos. Fortunately, Tim had acquainted me with a trust fund which was set up to help ameliorate the costs of asbestos abatement, and which eventually reimbursed me about $4,000. Once the abatement was complete, the Dr. Energy Saver crew (supervised by Tim, Ray and Sue) completed the air-sealing and installation of new cellulose insulation in a single day in December 2018. There was an immediate noticeable improvement in the warmth of the house: the wood floors were not so cold! I have not looked for changes in my gas bill yet, but I am content that the house is much more energy-efficient. There was one minor glitch in the process. After the new insulation was installed, I observed a persistent small area of snow melt on the roof that could potentially cause an ice dam. After I reported this to Tim, he came out to the house and analyzed the problem. There was a subtle leak of warm air from one of the walls adjacent to the shower enclosure in the bathroom. Tim took charge and arranged for his crew to tweak the air sealing in this area. I think they may have done an “over-kill” job, as it looks like there is no way for air to pass into the attic. This just in: the latest information about natural gas consumption indicates a decrease of about 30% over last year’s consumption with roughly the same average daily temperature.

I just had to post this review now that it is -15 deg. outside. What a difference it made adding insulation. It was the best improvement to my 40year old home. Wilkins did a very professional job. The employees explained the process and made sure the attic was well vented. Thank you!

We used Reubens spray foam for our pole building. Julian was very prompt and responsive. they came out immediately for the estimate. After a very fair price was given the crews came out and spray foamed our pole building walls. And also did blown-in fiberglass for the ceiling. They guys were top-notch. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend Rubens Spray Insulation! We needed to have two walk-in attic spaces and a portion of ceiling between them spray-foamed. There was a 5 month gap between when Julian came out for an estimate and when the work was actually completed because we were waiting for another project to finish up first, and they were responsive and understanding the whole time. The guys who did our work were excellent - super nice, professional, and did a wonderful job. The quality of work is fantastic and we noticed an *immediate* difference in terms of how well our house retained heat. Thanks guys!
