I had a previous house insulated by Shirley Insulation and it was AWESOME! I swear you could heat that house with a candle. in the winter months I would only hear my furnace cycle a few times a day because once I got the house to the temperature I wanted it would stay there. In the summer we could open our windows at night and let in the cool air. By mid morning we would shut the windows and enjoy a cool house even when the outside temps were reaching 100 degrees. We saved a ton of money on hour heating and cooling bills with this insulation. The owner, Kirk Shirley was personally onsite and made sure the job was done right the first time. We loved this service and product so much, we are going to use Shirley Insulation again on our next house.

It's pretty rare to find a home service company that offers 2 major services for your home, That actually do a great job on both. Summit Insulation And Door's is one of those rare finds. During our home building process as a rule of thumb we always would have 2 to 3 bids, and it never was about the lowest bid. It was about the overall experience and level of confidence we had with the company we ended up choosing. After dealing with three bids for full insulation in our new build and three beds for garage doors, it was clear from the very beginning Summit Insulation And Door was the company we would move forward with. We interacted with Jeremy the owner through the bidding process of the insulation and Dakota, who is the head of the Garage door division. In regard to the Insulation it was something I thoroughly researched and had planned out what was best for our purposes of our home. And speaking with Jeremy, his professionalism and experience with not only foundational knowledge of insulation best practices, but his knowledge of newer technologies, materials etc was something I did not experience with the other bids. Building an efficient home, there are many things to consider. Not only did Jeremy and I walk through each step of attic insulation, roof insulation, creating air flow sections for reducing ice build up, room by room sound insulation, mechanical room sound damping etc, we talked things through so in depth and made me feel truly part of the process. The first major phase of the insulation process went exactly as planned. The spray foam sections, the insulation parts and sound deadening between rooms was absolute perfection. I will report back on final attic insulation in a few weeks but anticipating the same level of top notch service. The Garage Door process with Dakota was second to none. We had very specific needs for our garage doors. Taller than normal, needed to be built from cedar and built thicker than normal and some rough ideas on the look and feel. Dakota listened to our needs and came up with some amazing design versions in hours, not weeks. He quickly led us to the final design, along with going over the craftsmanship needed to build the garage doors that are to last a very longtime. Once they are stained in the spring we will update pictures. I highly, highly recommend to have Summit Insulation and Garage Doors part of your bidding process and you will experience the same I have, 5 star service at a very competitive price! Great Job!

Summit Insulation is fantastic. We had them bid on a big garage door including the installation. Dakota and Rita made sure everything happened seamlessly, including the weather stripping, the handles, the opener, and any tweaking of the door to have it fit just right, especially the bottom edge. We liked them so much we had them come back to insulate a new build. When we need a garage door or an insulation job again, Summit will be our first call. Thanks, guys!
