Doug Stucky and his crew at Pro Seal Solutions were great to work with in addressing some issues we were having with our driveway. Went above and beyond our expectations!

Pro Seal Solutions did a great job insulating our garage attic. They were courteous while they were here and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves when they were finished. (And I really enjoy the extra storage space they created!)

Summer 2019 work. We had sidewalks and cement steps lifted/leveled. We also had one section of driveway cement ripped out and replaced. Not impressed. First, they lost our order and only after we called to ask about the status were we rebooked. Next, they did not initially fix one section of sidewalk, which “was’ included in the estimate and we had to point out. Next, they damaged two areas of existing driveway not being replaced with their Bobcat and tried to charge us for their cost to fix. Furthermore, they broke a small section of stone veneer siding on our garage and the owner stated "we don't fix that." This still is not fixed. The day cement was poured they literally called 15 minutes prior to the cement arriving insisting the garage doors need to be open, although we previously confirmed with them that this was not needed (note: we were out of state during the cement pour). We try to give contractors some benefit of doubt and we do not like to post negative feedback. However, given repeated missteps and an outright failure to rectify problems, our message is buyer beware. That being said, my coworker had used this firm a year prior with good results.
