We have had issues in our crawlspace for many years. Upon my first attempt to deal with it, I called many local companies both big and small to get quotes and scopes of work. Unfortunately, I hired and trusted the wrong company over 6 years ago. They were cheaper and utilized an unproven method of dealing with crawlspace moisture issues (i.e. a Negative Air System). The system installed did not work, but the company owner shined me on for years saying that it WAS working. Meanwhile, mold continued to grow in our crawlspace posing a risk to me and my family's health. After hiring Rob, we had a few hiccups but he and his team handled our crawlspace remediation project with professionalism and expertise. After completion, our crawlspace was bone-dry, fully encapsulated and insulated, and the mold had been treated and removed down to the roots. Rob was also able to help me with a floor-settling issue that required minor demo, jacking and structural support installation. By the end of Rob and his team finishing, our crawlspace was called by the Industrical Hygenist one of the best he's ever seen in his time doing residential inspection and remediation. He kept me updated daily, and ensured that work was done in a way that would not interfere with my wife and I's work-from-home schedules. What really stood out to me was the owner Robert's personal involvement throughout the entire project. He explain every step and answered so many questions. He came by daily to ensure that work met his high standards. Robert was transparent. He identified things multiple prior (certified home) inspectors missed - or didn't bother to point out.
