My experience with Wattson Home Solutions has been one of the best contractor experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the entire solar installation process was completely turnkey, no issues whatsoever with communication, payments, or project updates. I used a third party sight to assess what company to go with for solar installation. Wattson came up as a place that was affordable, quality, and local which were all aspects I was looking for. Although we had delays on installation due to factors not in their control, they stuck with us, and continued to communicate. The installation, when it did get done, was painless and done well. I would say my only complaint is the company is not the fastest communicators, and could partner with a different Bank for financing as UMass 5 I would not recommend. I called them for a home energy assessment now and will see how they respond to another task.
