USA Insulation of Rochester

I was very pleased with the attic insulation job that USA Insulation did in my home. I thought that they were competent, knowledgeable, and friendly. From the sales person, to the crew members who did the installation, I thought that they did a thorough and professional job. They were flexible and accommodating to my changes and concerns. Likewise an office staff member followed up with me to check to see how the job went.

We had a great experience. Our first meeting with Zach was to discuss our options and need to have insulation blown in our attic and basement. He was very good at explaining the process and cost. He was great at answering additional questions as well. We decided to go forward with it and couldn’t be happier! The installers were prompt, neat and efficient. We have a 27 year old home and are looking forward to noticing a difference in efficiency.

This Company was First Rate, Start to Finish. Everyone was knowledgeable and hard working. Starting with the Salesperson(Zack) arriving on time, THOROUGHLY assessing the job(finding things we were unaware of), testing the current level of air infiltration, and all our other concerns. The Insulating Team also arrived on time every day(on the days scheduled), showed Great Professional behavior, each knowing their jobs and working efficiently together, answering and explaining all questions. The Cavity Camera was very interesting, being able to see the new insulation in the walls. There were several "Check Up" calls from the office during and after the work, to be sure we were satisfied with the progress. For something as messy as insulation, the clean up was great, all the mess was hauled away. A couple weeks after the install, the air infiltration was rechecked showing the improvement. There is nothing but Good Things to say about this experience.
