I don't normally write reviews unless the service was absolutely exceptional, Universal Insulation is one of those examples. Nick, the estimator, came out to my house because my attic was getting unbearably hot. He spent a full hour carefully inspecting both the attic and the outdoor soffits, and managed to diagnose a problem that had completely eluded more than a dozen contractors I’d had out over the years (HVAC, roofing, attic specialists—you name it). After crawling deep into attic nooks & crannies, Nick identified that my soffit intakes were blocked by wood at the eaves, which explained the ventilation issue. No one else had taken the time or had the expertise to catch this. Other well-meaning contractors had suggested solutions like attic fans, but those wouldn’t have addressed the real problem that Nick finally diagnosed. On top of that, the owner, Marko, personally spent another 30 minutes with me on the phone walking through potential roofing solutions. Even though Universal Insulation wasn’t the company to provide those fixes, he still offered his time, knowledge, and advice because it was the right thing to do. That level of honesty, generosity, and professionalism is rare. If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about solving your problem—not just selling you a product or service—Universal Insulation is it. Nick and Marko set the standard for integrity and expertise.

I had such a great experience with Universal Insulation this week. Not only were they the ONLY ones to respond to my request for a quote, but Marko got back to me the same day and had his guys out here 3 days later. Erick and Miguel showed up on time and were super nice. They did the work and cleaned up perfectly afterward. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend!
