Upon inspection, Marlon provided me with real-time photos, some options about how to deal with the issue, and very reasonable quotes for each option. I decided to insulate the flooring from below, and to have a vapor barrier installed, as well as having the area enclosed with one solid panel, and one door to provide access. Marlon’s team arrived on time a few days later. They worked efficiently and skillfully providing me with updates and real-time photos of the work. The workers were respectful of my property, and cleaned up their work area leaving it with no trace that they had ever been there. Marlon is the co- owner of this company who takes pride in his company’s work, and is committed to providing his customers with quality service. Baffles were also correctly installed, as they were not previously. They also did the basement and crawlspace and inspected the exterior for potential areas where air, bugs, or animals may enter the home.
