As a General Contractor, I purchase materials from Home Depot almost every day, from San Diego all the way to Los Angeles. I’ve worked with many locations, but today I want to share an exceptional experience at the Lake Elsinore Home Depot. Rachel is truly one of the best associates I have ever met. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very smart at what she does. She helped me with everything I needed quickly and efficiently, and she even took the time to show me how to properly use the Pro account features on the Home Depot app — which makes my job much easier moving forward. It’s rare to meet someone so kind, patient, and dedicated to helping customers. Rachel goes above and beyond, and it really shows. Thank you, Rachel, for your outstanding service. I went into home depot tired and just wanted to get in and out, I ask 3 people for help at no avail, before I could ask and cool dude kind of bald he shaves his head plug earrings and a cool mustache tht curls up. " sorry I'm foggy on his name it might be jarret.or close, im sure u can figure out who it was by the description anyway I want to thank him for helping me find the tools I needed to do a project the whole time he was very patient and actually made my project alot better with his advice. The customer service I received from Jerry and Brandon was unmatched! These guys literally walked me through everything I was trying to do and made sure I had all the proper equipment and didn’t let me leave until they knew I was set up for success. Couldn’t have asked for Anything more than the customer service I just received from those guys in the plumbing department. This store isn’t the closest Home Depot to me but anytime I have any plumbing related items. I will definitely be coming back to this location.
