Spray foam and batt insulation - Denise and Joel have been a pleasure to work with. Extremely patient with unforseen changes in our schedule. On time and professional work done. I would recommend them.

We used Taylor to spray foam our house for a flash and batt insulation plan. I don’t have a complaint about the quality of the foam or the coverage. I understand there are sometimes spots missed or spotty coverage. My gripe is with the customer service. We have a really bad condensation problem where the spray foam meets the fiberglass batts on the ceiling. I’d like to emphasize that it is really bad. I called them and was told they would discuss it with an expert within three or four days. I called again the following Monday. They (Joel) then said we ought to have a look at the situation and that an estimator (Kurt) would be out to look at the project. Three phone calls and a week later, still nothing. No attempt to contact me and no plan to move forward. So I called two other builders, a spray foam company and our real estate agent. The consensus was that I’m wasting my time trying to get Taylor Insulation back out to my place to do anything. Apparently my frustration is shared with others. The other insulation company knew right away why the problem was happening and said they weren’t impressed with the advice I’d been given either. So if you’re hoping for custom service or a company who will stand by their work and make sure you’re getting a good product in the end, look elsewhere.

Taylor installed insulation in my basement. The next time I went down there all the insulation had fallen off the walls and was lying on the ground. They had just covered the vents with insulation instead of making cutouts so vents could be opened. To fix the job they want $420.
