Go elsewhere! Our insulation is shoddy, our chimney caps he put on will have to be replaced by someone else, and Josh Pace will try to upcharge you. He pressured us for money the weekend our contractor was out of town, before he even turned in an invoice to our contractor. He told us he was behind on money and short on chemicals and needed money that day. When we finally got the invoice - 2 weeks later, we did not owe him what he was asking us for. If you ignore this and choose to hire him, get a quote in writing before he starts and don’t pay him a dime until his work is thoroughly inspected.

This company is an absolute JOKE! Josh came 3 TIMES and still did not pass inspection. It has more holes in the insulation than Swiss cheese and my children could have made the application smoother than their “Professional” Spray Foam Application. Now everything has to be taken out and new put in. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
