RTK was so easy to work with. They were able to have someone come the next day to check our potential mold issue. Lydia was so knowledgeable and so pleasurable to have in our apartment. She really helped walk me through everything and explain next steps, etc. I’d highly recommend anyone working with RTK and definitely request Lydia!

She makes you feel very comfortable with being in your home, explains everything very clearly, presents cost-effective options, and is very knowledgable about her work and the process. Thomas came to my apartment to inspect possible mold. Not only did he have a friendly and professional demeanor he was very informative about every step taken. He took the time to explain the tests being conducted and well as next steps for future repair. He answered all my questions and exceeded my expectations.
