I'd like to wholeheartedly thank and praise the young technician, Christian, who serviced my unit today. My experience with him was the exact opposite of the day before when a competitor's technician looked at the same unit. Not only did the competitor's tech fail to fix the problem, they essentially condemned the furnace and told me I was looking at either an $8,000 repair bill or replacing the whole unit at even greater cost! That tech attempted to pressure me to buy a new unit soon. Don't wait, he exclaimed! It was like dealing with a used car salesman. The Purl's technician, on the other hand, diagnosed the problem in less than a minute and had the furnace working in short order. As I watched, he did a much more thorough inspection that the tech from the competitor. No unnecessary upselling, just competent workmanship and good, straightforward, communication. I am now a Purl's customer and will be recommending them unreservedly. However many "stars" are available to rate this tech, he gets them all.

Purl's was recommended by our contractor. Purl's has always been timely, professional, and kind. After several years of working with a few different HVAC companies in the valley, I can say that Purl's stands above the rest with quality products and knowledgeable staff. Unlike some other HVAC companies in the central valley, Purl's has never been pushy with sales. We're grateful to have them for our HVAC needs!

Had to replace our over 20 year-old Fujitsu ductless mini split heating/cooling system due to no parts available anymore. Purls installed a Carrier system as a perfect replacement plus added an extra unit. Chuck and his team were very professional and did an excellent job with the whole process. All of them really knew their stuff.
