Pace Residential

Evan and Ben at Pace were absolute rockstars for us. This last winter we had a construction project run long in our little historic house renovation, and were without attic insulation when an unforecasted snowstorm blew through and we had all kinda ice dams starting to form. We called Evan and he squeezed us in, blowing insulation into our attic on something like a -10 degree day, in the dark. Pace is neat, on time, knows their stuff, and Evan answered all of my many questions. I would unreservedly recommend them to anyone who needs insulation!

Pace Residential is amazing. My husband and I had a deteriorated deck floor on our Pergola. Grant and his team came and removed all the old decking, replaced all the stringers and deck with beautiful wood. They removed and cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away. They were all so nice, did an outstanding, professional job. I highly recommend them and we look forward to having them do more projects for us in the future. Thank you Grant, and your guys that were here today!!

Evan and crew did a fantastic job on my roof project. They were timely, great communication(pictures of progress), right on track with the estimated price, cleaned up and organized extremely well after work was completed.
