Metro NY Insulation

I was very happy with the home insulation services. Things were covered I did not expect such as bathroom vents, recessed lighting, and a cover to the attic opening in addition to the insulation. Other energy saving suggestions were made during the quote which were also very helpful. The technicians were wonderful, they worked very hard, were very respectful of our home (used drop cloths, taped off doorway openings, and cleaned up after themselves), and were very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions. I thought my price was very fair/the best price for the services I received, I would strongly recommend this company.

From first contact to the end of the job, the whole team was fantastic. It was complete insulation on new and old construction work. They took the time to explain the proper product to use in each section of the house and answered any and all questions. The job started/ finished on time and on budget. They even handle all the paperwork for NYSERDA and Con Ed rebates. Everything was done in house with no shady subcontractors. Try them and see, you won't be disappointed.

I reached out to Metro NY for insulation services as my insulation was 30+ years old and crumbling from touch - causing it to be ineffective. Their salesperson Jay explained the whole process of what they will do and what they recommend to improve the insulation. Jay was very kind and extremely easy to work with. The workers were also extremely professional and even helped me with patching up a different small hole close to the hole they had made for their work which I thought was very kind. Overall 10/10 would recommend and would work with them again
