Tim at the Temecula Lowe’s is amazing! I was looking for a seasonal item and had been back several times waiting for it to be unloaded off a transfer truck, but somehow no one could find it. Tim stuck with me and hunted all over the store to help me find it. His customer service and care is what makes customers keep coming back. Thank you!

I purchased 3 kitchen appliances on 3/13/2025. Suzie Brockman was the sales person. Very helpful and generous with her time. She knows her appliances and will listen to what you need and what you can afford. Later on during the process, I was confuse on how to get a refund and she was there helping me still a month later. I did notice that the employees here help each other a lot. I live closer to Home Depot but I think I will make the extra 3 miles to Lowes. A male co-worker remarked that Home Depot is a “Man’s Store” while Lowe’s is “for The Ladies” so I said “ I thought I saw you there the other day” (rolling my eyes while walking away!

Good customer service. Can usually find what we're looking for. Good selection of home decor items.
