Working with William, on getting our new home spray foam insulated. When his crew had some emergencies and would not be able to finish our project on the scheduled time line. William contacted another installer who was able to meet our time line and keep our project on schedule. Anyone running a building project knows the importance of the schedule with several trades involved. Finding a service provider who is completely customer centric focused is like finding gold. William and IBP demonstrates this. Even though they didn’t do our install would highly recommend them because of their customer service. Thanks William and the IBP folks!!
