Evan was a pleasure to work with, responsive and friendly and helped make the process for heat pump and electrical upgrade incentives through NYSERDA as smooth as possible. He went above and beyond to resolve an unforeseen issue with the new heat pump technology after it was installed and it is working great! Definitely recommend!
