I can not think of ONE thing that would make me happier with the HVAC system maintenance check and a new HVAC system install the Home Comfort Solutions team provided for my home. Our old HVAC air handler and condenser unit was deemed unfixable through our home warranty company. With that being said, I was a little leery of who would be called to check our system and perform the service and new install; you never know what you are going to get. The Home Comfort Team was punctual, happy, polite, knowledgeable, patient with explaining, were able to add additional equipment we requested, and responded to texts quickly! I highly recommend them. We had such a positive experience with Home Comfort Solutions. We found our furnace was not safe to use right before a cold snap, and Riley helped us get heat restored. Riley was incredible to work with, and they all made me feel like they saw me as a person and not just a job.
