We had a great experience with Greenlink from beginning to end. The sales person was very helpful. The planning staff and office staff are responsive and polite. Installation was scheduled faster than I thought it would be, and the installation team was terrific. They worked very efficiently on some of our hottest days of the summer, and yet managed to be polite, responsive, competent, and pleasant. I don’t use subcontractors; they did the job themselves.We felt completely at home having them In and around our house. Finally, they’ve been very responsive in getting the post installation incentives and rebates that are part of the package.We had a great experience.

Today a crew installed Solar Panels at my resident in Lisle, IL (Angela C.). I am more than satisfied with the results. The Team arrived according to schedule, was very professional, walked me through the installation process, checked with me on several occasions to make sure I was pleased with work performance, and they were also very respectful of my home (removed or covered shoes, placed plastic covering on the floors, cleaned up debris inside the home and in the yard, courteous of noise level as I worked remotely). A very special “Thank You” to Kevin, Joe and Nick for going the extra mile! They were friendly, provided excellent customer service (I am known to be meticulous), made any reasonable accommodations and kept me informed throughout the process no matter how minor the detail. Job Well Done!!!

Wow! Thought that solar would be a huge headache to coordinate- but that was NOT the case with Greenlink solar. LeeAnne was with me every step of the way after my signing the contract through full delivery installation and activation! We had a very large job! The crew came the first day and got straight to work on the roof and in the attic. They cleared off the 8 inches of snow, and made pathways around the house for crew safety. The mountings on the roof were installed the first day. The second day came with the electricians and the roof crew. They used cloths on the solid flooring in the house and plastic on the carpet for anywhere they were to go. They completed raising and mounting of all the solar panels, checking with us on a couple variations they needed to do due to the actual roof. The electricians mounted our 3 batteries, made sure that the outside boxes were mounted and wired, and kept us informed of when they needed about an hour without power to the house. They got us running, made sure the site was clean and we didn’t have any questions. Definitely would use again!
