Nate and the crew went above and beyond and did an excellent job from start to finish. Spray foam is not cheap but you certainly get what you pay for in this area. If you are considering it at all I strongly recommend it over other insulation.
01/11/2023---Found Nate through my gas company Minnesota Energy Resources Corporation's Energy Rebate program(after I got their energy audit done). Be sure to tell Nate that you want rebates so he can do special before and after tests and fill out forms. Insulated attic by sealing all fixture holes etc. in attic, added more soffit chutes, blew in cellulose insulation to get an R50 rating. Built an attic hatch dam. Cleaned up all the mess. Total cost was $2165 for 1200 square foot rambler. Went smoothly. Sprayed 1000 square foot basement Rim Joist area with 3" R21 spray foam for $1980. I checked thickness and it was all 3inches or greater foam that sealed all sorts of gaps, cracks and holes tight as a drum! Zero overspray which was amazing!! The foam is paintable so i painted it white to match the walls. Spray foam can be done in the winter but better when temps are above freezing. Like all good companies they were booked months out so plan ahead. They were a pleasure to deal with.
