Jesse was the one who did our energy audit and the attention to detail, level of professionalism as well as just the vast amount of knowledge from him was absolutely unmatched! We are in the middle of a full-scale renovation and electrification for an older Victorian home and that in itself comes with a lot of complicated problems that require both creative and well-informed solutions. Jesse went above and beyond during our audit - he had suggestions and solutions for things that we did not even think about, and it felt like he understood every issue we wanted to mitigate with this project. He was extremely courteous and respectful of our home and genuinely took his time both answering all of our questions and performing an extremely thorough energy audit. His knowledge of building science is extensive, and in his time doing the audit and answering all of our lengthy questions and concerns we understood that this is a very competent expert in this field. Our post-audit review was with Mason and Jesse, both of which again were very thorough and took the time to address our very specific and complicated questions about our large project. Michael R. was absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to deliver not just great service, but a genuinely positive experience. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in his work. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I was comfortable and fully informed. Michael carried himself with a level of courtesy and respect that is rare these days. He clearly takes pride in what he does, and it shows. I felt confident the job was done right the first time, and his friendly personality made the entire interaction easy and enjoyable.

Ciel insulated our outer walls and basement rim joists, and air sealed the house. Our house is notably warmer and less drafty. Basement is warm for the first time since moving in! Temps seem more consistent throughout the house. Our (often cranky) radiators are kicking on less often as the house is requiring less heat. We'll see what our heating bills look like this winter, but so far, this is a very solid result. Team was quick, efficient and polite. Strongly recommend.
