From our initial consultation all the way through the completed installation of my new attic insulation, ducting, and HVAC system, Bryan Luu and his team were very professional, and very easy to deal with. Bryan and his team showed up on time, or early, for every appointment we scheduled. Bryan Luu is very meticulous. He asked me tons of questions, listened to my answers, took notes, and specifically addressed each and every concern or issue I shared. He provided a very detailed proposal with a clear breakdown and explanation of all services being performed, including a detailed cost breakdown. Bryan recognized existing and potential issues with my current system and made suggestions for how to fix them that no other contractor mentioned or even seemed to recognize themselves. I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years. Attic Professional completely impressed me with their high quality work and pride of workmanship. Bryan is excellent he showed up on time for our attic inspection then outlined a great plan to clean the attic, protect all the roof vents, seal all small holes to keep the attic airspace completely sealed from the living space. He answered all of our questions regarding how the job is completed, how the home is protected, how they extract old insulation then install new insulation. He then proceeded to educate us on our options so we could make the best decision on insulation and price. Bryan then put together a bid and went over it step by step to make sure the scope of work and the job was to our absolute satisfaction. Once we had a price we were then given proof of insurance and all the appropriate licensing showing Bryan is completely above board and a true professional. We made arrangements for a date and time for the job to start and end. Bryan was on sight with his friendly and considerate staff on time and ready to go they even did a few extras to make the job that much better.
