ARP Roofing & Remodeling

Nat Clements with ARP came out to look at my roof and talk about what I needed. He was very personable and easy to understand. He seemed to care about my needs even though it wasn’t a large scale job. I got a reasonable estimate and sent ARP a check. The check didn’t arrive until weeks later causing delays and missed communication but Nat didn’t give up on me. He continued to contact me and got my job back on track and ultimately completed. Nat is a real professional, likable and quick to earn my respect. I will certainly recommend ARP and will call Nat again should the need arise.

We needed a ridge cap replaced and then some interior ceiling work done. When things didn’t go right the first time, they came back and made it right. Not every company will do that, so that earned them an extra star. We especially liked working with Nat, who went the extra mile for us.

Great service. Dustin went out of his way to make sure we were pleased with our new roof. We love it! ARP did all the work dealing with our insurance company too !
