We recently had America Cool Construction come out to take care of a repair and then perform maintenance on our Spanish tile roof, and we couldn't be happier with the results. David was very knowlegable and patiently explained the issues that needed to be addressed. He helped us understand why regular roof maintenance is so important, which we hadn't thought much about before. We had no idea how much debris collects under the tile roof in the valley areas. As David explained, this over time can cause leaks and roof damage. The team was professional and friendly. The work was scheduled and they showed up on time that day. Our home is a two-story so they took photos as they proceeded with the repairs, so we could see their progress. The quality of their work was fantastic; they really know what they're doing. I had an excellent experience with American Cool Construction! David came out to do the estimate and was very professional and easy to work with. Their office took care of the permit process for my historic building, which saved me a lot of time and stress. Once everything was approved, the crew worked efficiently — they completed the demolition and most of the roofing over the weekend. They also made sure to clean up everything before they left. I’m very happy with the quality of their work and the smooth process from start to finish. I’ll definitely be recommending them to all my family and friends!
